Justin Recca
Broker, Owner
Justin Recca is the broker of Innovative Realty, LLC and is actively engaged in both the sales and property management functions of the company.
Justin attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL where he graduated in 1998. Following graduation, he moved to Orlando and began working as a sheriff’s deputy with the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office. After a few years in law enforcement, he decided to pursue other avenues and developed an interest in real estate. In mid-2003, he embarked on his real estate career as an investor purchasing single-family homes and condos in the Central Florida area for resale or for inclusion in the company’s rental portfolio. By 2006, the company had purchased over eight and a half million dollars’ worth of property and he and his wife continue to invest today. In 2018, Justin was appointed by the Governor or Florida, Rick Scott, to serve on the nine-member Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board (FREAB) whose duties include the regulation and oversight of licensed Florida Real Estate Appraisers. Justin enjoys utilizing his varied background and experience in law enforcement, sales, management and real estate investing to benefit the residents and owners of Innovative Realty.
When not working, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and their two daughters, traveling, biking, shooting sports and Crossfit and believes any ailments or stresses can be cured with an hour workout at the box, especially on heavy Olympic lifting days!
Kati Ettinger
Managing Member, Broker Associate
Kati Ettinger is a Managing Member and Broker Associate with Innovative Realty, LLC, where she focuses on keeping company operations running smoothly and efficiently. Raised in Orlando, Florida, Kati graduated from Valencia College with a degree in Business Administration. Her real estate career began in 2011 when she joined Innovative Realty as an office assistant. She quickly took on additional responsibilities and gained hands-on experience in leasing, sales, and office operations. In 2012, she became the company’s full-time Office Manager and later created and stepped into the role of Director of Operations as Innovative Realty continued to grow. Kati earned her Broker’s license in 2024 and became a Managing Member in 2026.
With nearly two decades of office and management experience, Kati brings organization, leadership, and a forward-thinking approach to Innovative Realty. She is passionate about improving company systems, embracing technology, and continually expanding her knowledge of the real estate industry to better serve Innovative Realty’s clients.
Outside of work, Kati enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and their three kitties. She also practices yoga, enjoys building Legos, and is a voracious reader. Kati has proudly been part of the Innovative Realty team since March 2011.
Luisa Matthes
Director of Property Management
Luisa Matthes is the Director of Property Management for Innovative Realty and is responsible for assisting with resident and owner relations, overseeing both Portfolio teams, and generally making sure your investment is performing smoothly. Originally from Germany, Luisa loves adventures and experiencing other cultures. In her free time, Luisa enjoys being active through any outdoor activities and spending time with her loved ones.
Luisa has been in property management since 2017. With over 10 years of Five-Star hospitality experience in Marketing and Event Planning, Luisa is a dynamic communicator, and she’s always willing to go the extra mile to ensure people are well taken care of, owners and residents. Luisa is able to handle all the details related to your investment without batting an eye. Luisa is professional at marketing your property – particularly social media. You certainly want her in your corner! Luisa has been with Innovative Realty since September 2019.

John Walbridge
Business Development Manager
John Walbridge is the Business Development Manager for Innovative Realty LLC and is responsible for connecting property owners and real estate professionals across Central Florida with the property management team they’ve been looking for. John has always been drawn to roles where relationships come first. With a background in building a business from scratch and a natural ability to listen, problem solve, and follow through, he found a home in real estate where those skills matter most. As BDM, John is the first call for investors who want their portfolio in good hands and for realtors who need a property management partner they can trust with their clients — no second-guessing required.
Outside of work, John enjoys pickup basketball, a good game of chess, and slow days at the springs — the perfect reset before the next big conversation. John has been with Innovative Realty since May 2026.
Vanessa Santa
Leasing Manager
Vanessa is the Leasing Manager for Innovative Realty and is responsible for vacancy marketing, prospecting, and screening applicants. Vanessa is a seasoned professional with a background in information management and customer service. With years of experience leading teams and ensuring customer satisfaction in various industries, she is transitioning her expertise handling complex situations, fostering positive relationships, and implementing efficient solutions into the property management field.
Outside of work Vanessa enjoys going to the gym, spending time with her dog, and trying out new restaurants with friends and family. Vanessa has been with Innovative Realty since March 2024.
Jorge Moguel
Maintenance Manager
Jorge Moguel is a skilled Maintenance Coordinator at Innovative Realty, hailing from Chihuahua, Mexico. With a degree in Business Administration, he combines a solid foundation in customer experience with over two years of expertise in property management maintenance coordination. Fluent in English and Spanish, Jorge is adept at navigating diverse client needs.
Outside of work, he channels his creativity into music production and DJing, while savoring the joys of discovering new restaurants and exploring new destinations. Jorge has been with Innovative Realty since December 2024. Fluent in: English & Spanish
Gil Vega
Property Manager
Gil is a lead Property Manager for Innovative Realty and is responsible for assisting with resident and owner relations, inspections, showings, and making sure your investment is performing smoothly. Gil has managed multi-family properties in New York City area for over 7 years. His experience, along with his previous background in hospitality management has helped hone his ability to ensure customer satisfaction in the most difficult of circumstances.
In his spare time, Gil enjoys cooking together with his wife, exploring new restaurants, hosting friends, and playing guitar. Gil has been with Innovative Realty since May 2023.

Daniella Linares
Property Manager
Daniella is a Property Manager for Innovative Realty. She was born in Lima, Peru and raised in Orlando, Florida. She brings over seven years of sales experience and has spent the last two years building a strong foundation in property management. Daniella is well-versed in the day-to-day operations of managing properties and is passionate about the real estate industry.
Daniella loves spending time with her family. She occasionally attends fitness, wellness, and social events. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with her energetic poodle and her playful cat. Daniella has been with Innovative Realty since September 2025.
Christopher Bailey
Assistant Property Manager / Realtor®
Christopher is an Assistant Property Manager for Innovative Realty and is responsible for assisting with resident and owner relations, inspections, showings and making sure your investment is performing smoothly. Christopher started in the property management industry in 2005 and has since then seasoned his skillset throughout his career. He has experience managing a variety of property types including single-family and multi-family homes and are exceptional in both arenas. He also obtained his Real Estate License in 2020 and has continued to practice his passion for property management.
In his leisure, Christopher enjoys time with his family and friends and has a passion for music, art, and photography. Chris has been with Innovative Realty since February 2024.

Assistant Property Manager
Yukio is an Assistant Property Manager with Innovative Realty. A Sarasota native, Yukio Kuroiwa developed an early drive to build a lasting career in the real estate industry. He took that ambition to the University of Florida, where he earned a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Real Estate and actively participated in the UF Real Estate Society. Yukio leverages his previous property management experience to tackle daily challenges and streamline operations. For Yukio, the best part of the job is connecting with others, and he looks forward to building strong, collaborative relationships with the people he works alongside.
Outside of the office, Yukio loves to stay active. Whether he is on the pickleball court or hitting the golf links, he enjoys being on the move. Yukio has been a part of the Innovative Realty team since September 2026.

Alberto Nikodimov

Alberto is a licensed Sales Associate and Realtor with Innovative Realty LLC and has recently founded Memories Vacation Home Management, specializing in providing comprehensive solutions for managing vacation homes in the Central Florida area. In his free time he is actively playing soccer in local leagues in Florida or travelling and exploring new cultures.
Alberto graduated from the University of South Wales with a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies and moved to the States shortly after to start his career in real estate. He has three years of experience in managing investment properties throughout Florida. He is also great at communicating the value provided to his owners by using innovative marketing campaigns and organizing events.
