Justin attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL where he graduated in 1998. Following graduation, he moved to Orlando and began working as a sheriff's deputy with the Osceola County Sheriff's Office. By 2006, the company had purchased over eight and a half million dollars’ worth of property and he and his wife continue to invest today. In 2018, Justin was appointed by the Governor or Florida, Rick Scott, to serve on the nine-member Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board (FREAB) whose duties include the regulation and oversight of licensed Florida Real Estate Appraisers. Justin enjoys utilizing his varied background and experience in law enforcement, sales, management and real estate investing to benefit the residents and owners of Innovative Realty.
When not working, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and their two daughters, traveling, biking, shooting sports and Crossfit and believes any ailments or stresses can be cured with an hour workout at the box, especially on heavy Olympic lifting days!
