Meet Our Team

Justin Recca is the broker of Innovative Realty, LLC and is actively engaged in both the sales and property management functions of the company.

Justin attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL where he graduated in 1998. Following graduation, he moved to Orlando and began working as a sheriff's deputy with the Osceola County Sheriff's Office. After a few years in law enforcement, he decided to pursue other avenues and developed an interest in real estate. In mid-2003, he embarked on his real estate career as an investor purchasing single-family homes and condos in the Central Florida area for resale or for inclusion in the company's rental portfolio. By 2006, the company had purchased over eight and a half million dollars’ worth of property and he and his wife continue to invest today. In 2018, Justin was appointed by the Governor or Florida, Rick Scott, to serve on the nine-member Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board (FREAB) whose duties include the regulation and oversight of licensed Florida Real Estate Appraisers. Justin enjoys utilizing his varied background and experience in law enforcement, sales, management and real estate investing to benefit the residents and owners of Innovative Realty.

When not working, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and their two daughters, traveling, biking, shooting sports and Crossfit and believes any ailments or stresses can be cured with an hour workout at the box, especially on heavy Olympic lifting days!

Liz Recca was instrumental in the early days of Innovative Realty and still maintains a hand in the development of the business and assists in its growth and development as the Special Projects Manager. She also worked as the Executive Director for the Space Coast Apartment Association for over 15 years and has extensive experience in the multi-family sector.

Originally from Columbus, IN, Liz has been a resident of Orlando since 1993 and began her career in real estate in 1995 with ZOM Residential Services, a large regional multi-family management company, as an on-site resident representative. Over the years, she was promoted to property director and charged with the responsibility of managing some of ZOM'S largest and most prestigious communities. In 2001, Liz then became ZOM'S operations coordinator working from the corporate office and was responsible for the due diligence and audits of all ZOM owned properties as well as third party management properties. Liz left ZOM in late 2003 but still maintains close ties to ZOM and her former colleagues. Liz brings over 24 years of property management experience to Innovative Realty and is eager to apply her experience and knowledge to benefit our clients.

In her spare time, Liz serves as chef, chauffeur, housekeeper, and schedule coordinator for her and Justin’s two daughters, Sydney and Sophie, and also enjoys traveling, swimming, reading and spending time with family.

Kati Ettinger is the Director of Operations for Innovative Realty, LLC and focuses on managing the office and staff, back-end data entry, handling accounts, finances, and payroll, ensuring financial compliance, and IT services for the company. When she’s not re-organizing the office (again), she spends time with her son and attends sci-fi conventions with her husband.

Kati was raised in Orlando, FL and graduated from Valencia College with a degree in Business Administration. She began her career in real estate when she started with Innovative Realty as the office assistant. She quickly took on more responsibility, as well as tried her hand at both leasing and sales. In 2012, she became the full-time Office Manager, and in mid-2014 she began taking over the accounting. Kati brings over twelve years of office and management experience to Innovative Realty and has a passion for keeping the office organized and technologically savvy. Kati has been with Innovative Realty since March 2011.

Luisa Matthes is the Director of Property Management for Innovative Realty and is responsible for assisting with resident and owner relations, overseeing both Portfolio teams, and generally making sure your investment is performing smoothly. Originally from Germany, Luisa loves adventures and experiencing other cultures. In her free time, Luisa enjoys being active through any outdoor activities and spending time with her loved ones.

Luisa has been in property management since 2017. With over 10 years of Five-Star hospitality experience in Marketing and Event Planning, Luisa is a dynamic communicator, and she's always willing to go the extra mile to ensure people are well taken care of, owners and residents. Luisa is able to handle all the details related to your investment without batting an eye. Luisa is professional at marketing your property - particularly social media. You certainly want her in your corner! Luisa has been with Innovative Realty since September 2019.

Darby Uhl is the Marketing & Leasing Manager for Innovative Realty and is responsible for ensuring properties are leased as quickly as possible. She handles the listings, price adjustments, comparative analysis, and lead tracking for each vacant unit. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outside with family and friends at farmers markets, hiking trails, or playing with her two dogs.

Darby graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Rollins College. While at Rollins, she spent her time rowing on Winter Park’s lakes and working at real estate firms throughout the greater Orlando area. Darby obtained her real estate sales license in 2017 and has a passion for helping people find their ideal living spaces. Darby has been with Innovative Realty since October 2017.

Alec Boe is the Business Development Manager for Innovative Realty and is responsible for assisting with both current and new owner relations as well as the marketing of our brand and services.

Alec began his journey into real estate by working in many different facets of the business. For three years Alec supported property managers, architects, developers, and real estate agents in the commercial and residential markets of the Greater Central Florida area. Before joining Innovative Realty, Alec worked as a Project Manager for a Residential Design firm with projects spanning from Florida to Utah. Alec’s passion for real estate coupled with his laser-guided focus on customer satisfaction continues to generate raving fans from our clients and potential clients alike!

Outside of work, Alec spends the majority of his time mountain biking, fishing, cooking, and studying. He is scheduled to graduate from the University of Florida in Spring of 2024 with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Alec has been with Innovative Realty since April of 2022.

Khrista Huntley is an Assistant Property Manager for Innovative Realty and is responsible for assisting with resident and owner relations, inspections, lease renewals, and generally making sure your investment is performing smoothly.

Khrista is a Central Florida native with an extensive background in customer service. She started her career in property maintenance in 2019 overseeing a portfolio of 1400 homes on a military installation in North Dakota. Utilizing her background and people skills, she strives for effective completion of all projects. With everyone she encounters; she sets to provide A+ customer service.

Outside of work Khrista enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and any activity that involves crochet, reading or dancing.

Gil is a lead Property Manager for Innovative Realty and is responsible for assisting with resident and owner relations, inspections, showings, and making sure your investment is performing smoothly. Gil has managed multi-family properties in New York City area for over 7 years. His experience, along with his previous background in hospitality management has helped hone his ability to ensure customer satisfaction in the most difficult of circumstances.

In his spare time, Gil enjoys cooking together with his wife, exploring new restaurants, hosting friends, and playing guitar. Gil has been with Innovative Realty since May 2023.

Christopher is an Assistant Property Manager for Innovative Realty and is responsible for assisting with resident and owner relations, inspections, showings and making sure your investment is performing smoothly. Christopher started in the property management industry in 2005 and has since then seasoned his skillset throughout his career. He has experience managing a variety of property types including single-family and multi-family homes and are exceptional in both arenas. He also obtained his Real Estate License in 2020 and has continued to practice his passion for property management.

In his leisure, Christopher enjoys time with his family and friends and has a passion for music, art, and photography. Chris has been with Innovative Realty since February 2024.

Vanessa is an Assistant Property Manager for Innovative Realty and is responsible for assisting with resident and owner relations, inspections, showings and making sure your investment is performing smoothly. Vanessa is a seasoned professional with a background in information management and customer service. With years of experience leading teams and ensuring customer satisfaction in various industries, she is transitioning her expertise handling complex situations, fostering positive relationships, and implementing efficient solutions into the property management field.

Outside of work Vanessa enjoys going to the gym, spending time with her dog, and trying out new restaurants with friends and family. Vanessa has been with Innovative Realty since March 2024.

Amar Guemraoui is an Assistant Property Manager and Realtor® for Innovative Realty and is responsible for assisting with resident and owner relations, inspections, lease renewals, and generally making sure your investment is performing smoothly.

Amar has been in property management since 2018 and is the utmost professional. His prompt attention, communication, kind and friendly manner and his extreme knowledge in the field of real estate will help ensure that you don’t feel lost with your investment. He obtained his real estate sales associate license in 2018 and has gone through extensive training giving him great knowledge in the real estate market.

In his free time, he likes reading, being outdoors, going to the movies and spending time with his family.

Kelly has been buying and selling houses with her husband, Matt, since 2009. She is originally from the Chicagoland suburbs and very much enjoyed their flipping adventures there. Prior to her career in real estate, Kelly enjoyed a 10-year teaching career as a language specialist working with students from kindergarten through the graduate level as well as a professional coaching career in figure skating for over 15 years. Her post graduate degrees in administration and curriculum design anchor the team’s systemic approach for seamless processing and smooth transactions. Her love for the Spanish language allows the team to serve both English and Spanish-speaking clients.

Her favorite thing about Central Florida is being outdoors all year long and enjoying the parks and beaches—especially when friends and family come to visit.

Matt has been buying and selling homes with his wife, Kelly, since 2009. His Gold Key Certification® signifies a commitment to excellence and professionalism among Realtors®. Matt is detail-oriented and meticulous regarding all aspects of real estate transactions to ensure that everyone is receiving extraordinary service and an experience worth passing along to their family and friends. On the property management front, Matt is passionate about protecting your investment, and he’s the guy you want in your corner. Prior to his real estate career, Matt worked with local governments, contractors and business owners as a Thermographer and Energy Analyst to implement the International Energy Conservation Code. He also directed a non-profit organization for students called Young Life.

Alongside of real estate, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, volunteering, exercising, learning and teaching about a wide variety of subjects, playing the guitar, and exploring all the small-town-feels of the big-city-life that Central Florida has to offer.

Ken Ashori has devoted the larger portion of his adulthood to the concentration of Real Estate and has been in the real estate industry for 23 years. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of Real Estate including working with buyers and sellers, flipping properties, investments, real estate advising, and property management. There is not a corner of the Real Estate industry with which he has not sharpened his mind.

Alberto is a licensed Sales Associate and Realtor with Innovative Realty LLC and has recently founded Memories Vacation Home Management, specializing in providing comprehensive solutions for managing vacation homes in the Central Florida area. In his free time he is actively playing soccer in local leagues in Florida or travelling and exploring new cultures.

Alberto graduated from the University of South Wales with a bachelor’s degree in Business Studies and moved to the States shortly after to start his career in real estate. He has three years of experience in managing investment properties throughout Florida. He is also great at communicating the value provided to his owners by using innovative marketing campaigns and organizing events. Alberto is professional, friendly, and genuinely interested in helping his clients get the best out of their investment properties. Alberto has been with Innovative Realty since September 2020.

Leonore serves as an Executive Assistant for TK Moves. She originally comes from a beautiful small town in Germany and started a new life in Florida 15 years ago. She enjoyed a teaching career of 10 years, teaching students on multiple levels. Leonore loves applying her skills of great organization and excellent detail orientation, creativity, and problem-solving alongside her passion for people of all backgrounds to real estate to contribute to your 5-star concierge experience.

In her free time, Leonore loves spending time with her family, traveling the world, and learning about different cultures. She also enjoys playing the piano, riding horses, and learning more about how to live healthy on a day to day basis.

Dionne Vazquez is a Realtor ® at Innovative Realty FL.   Integrity, energy, hard work, commitment, informative information and communication in every detail of your transaction is her goal. Born and raised right in Winter Park Florida she is elated to work daily for her clients representing buyers, sellers and investors in the residential market of Central Florida. She is zealous about protecting the needs, goals and interests of those she is able to serve.  Dionne is a graduate from Mars Hill University with a BS degree.  After the birth of her first son she went on to graduate from Dental Hygiene School @ UCDH in Orem UT.  For over 20 years Dionne served her community in the Dental industry in UT, TX and FL.  As her family grew her desire to learn new things also grew.  Real Estate enabled Dionne the gift of time with her 4 children and husband.   With the support of Innovative Realty FL, her love of serving others and commitment to excellence, Dionne has the resources and company culture to bring the highest quality to her buyers and sellers alike.

Dionne is the proud mother of four incredible children and wife to her husband of almost twenty years.  When not hustling the Real Estate gig, Dionne can usually be found on the soccer pitch cheering on one of her talented sons playing soccer or supporting her just as talented girls on the volleyball court.  She loves the Lord, everything family, travel and her Goldendoodle KC too. 

Winifred Adadzi is a real estate agent who assists buyers and sellers in the Central Florida area. She has been a realtor since since 2006.
